Mission Statement
In recognition of the ongoing need for adequate health care in the Granite Falls Area, the Doctors for Our Communities (DOC) citizens group shall assist healthcare providers in maintaining qualified healthcare professionals (doctors, PA’s, NP’s, dentists, pharmacists).
Purpose
1.To identify high priority healthcare professional needs in Granite Falls and the surrounding area.
2.To assist in obtaining such qualified staff through planning and implementing active recruitment strategies.
3.To inform the public of the progress of this campaign to secure for our area necessary healthcare practitioners.
4.To conduct an area-wide fund raising campaign and thus assure the capability of a long-range healthcare practitioner recruitment and retention effort.
5.To support healthcare practitioner recruitment, retention and integration through direct personal contact and financial aid when appropriate and necessary.
